Yudhono Rawis
Founder
Yudhono Rawis (“Yudho”) brings extensive leadership experience across financial services, technology, and digital assets. He founded FLOQ with a mission to make crypto innovation more accessible, secure, and inclusive. Prior to FLOQ, he was appointed by Binance to lead the acquisition of Tokocrypto and subsequently served as Chief Executive Officer of Tokocrypto. Under his leadership, Tokocrypto grew into a market leader in Indonesia while achieving strong profitability. Previously, Yudho founded and led an OJK-licensed fintech company as CEO and shareholder. He also served as Partner and Head of Mergers & Acquisitions at a leading global advisory firm, focusing on financial services sectors including banking, payments, insurance, and asset management. Yudho holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business, where he was awarded a full scholarship for the two-year program.
Suryo Adipradono
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Suryo Adipradono serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of FLOQ, overseeing and managing all operational aspects of the company. He ensures that operations are executed efficiently and effectively, in alignment with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and strong corporate governance standards. With over 15 years of experience across finance, treasury, and operations in industries such as banking, technology, digital financial services, and leading crypto exchanges in Indonesia, Suryo brings deep expertise in risk management, compliance, financial planning, and the development of secure and scalable operational infrastructure. His disciplined and governance-driven leadership plays a key role in maintaining FLOQ’s stability and long-term sustainability.
